Satan is real by Elaine Davenport

I went to speak for a Christian affair and they were simulating people in the Bible. I’m not making this up, but a man showed up wearing a Red jumpsuit with a long red tail. He had blood running in and out of his face with little tubes and he had the nerve to be going around scaring people. I know he was just a man in a costume, but I got mad at him for coming as Satan because I dislike Satan so much. I shouldn’t have, but I’m human. I never claimed to be perfect.

My children are young adults and neither of them wanted to believe that Satan is real just like many people coming to this sight.

My great challenge is to explain it to you in a way that you can accept. I don’t believe anything from anyone unless they can show it to me in the Word of God. I hold myself to those same expectations, so I’ll show you.

Blood may be spooky to some; but the Blood of Jesus is not! by Elaine Davenport

My mother tried to become a nurse back when she was really young. The first thing they did was take the group of would be nurses to see someone who was dead. Those who didn’t faint were allowed to stay. We’ve been duped through television to believe that the presence of too much blood anywhere is not only spooky but that it is a sign of imminent danger or death. People have a tendency to get scared when they see someone covered with blood. It’s a good thing doctors. EMT’s, EMS technicians and nurses aren’t that way.

As a result, people may think it somewhat strange that a believer would claim the “Blood of Jesus” for protection.

However, the Blood of Jesus is not spooky and it is solid protection. Satan knows it, but that’s another story that we’ll talk about next.

Clearing up all of the myths about The Blood of Jesus by Elaine Davenport

The average believer knows nothing about the Blood of Jesus except what they’ve heard because no one has ever bothered to explain it to them.

The first I heard more than regular conversation about The Blood of Jesus was from my beautician. She told me a story about how as a little girl she was about to be attacked by a Doberman Pincher and she yelled: “The Blood of Jesus!” and how the rapidly advancing dog began to run.

When she told me, I felt good but I kind of thought that she was exaggerating. That was something I had to see for myself.

That was some years ago.

Two weeks ago, I was cutting lawns in an inner city neighborhood. A young lady from a school went for a walk up the street. The store was about four long blocks away and my guess is that was where she was heading. Now, you have to understand that I am a Prayer Warrior and my assignment is to pray for others, so I’m always watching and speaking in the Spirit. Many people look at me like I’m nots because they don’t understand what I’m doing or saying, but I don’t concern myself with that.

I looked up the street and just in front of her was a HUGE pit bull. I looked to see if she had a stick in her hand. She did not have one. I began to plead the Blood of Jesus. I got carried away and when I looked up she had a HUGE Tree stump in her hand! At that split second, the dog took off running looking like it was running to attack her. The dog ran straight past her and she continued up the street.

The Blood of Jesus works if we’ll just have the faith to believe it! That’s all it takes is faith and understanding. So my goal here is crystal clear: to build you up in both areas.
